PrintThe US steelmakers including NLMK North America, ArcelorMittal North America, AK Steel, US Steel and Nucor have all increased prices for steel flat products.
After the adjustment, the ex-work prices for hot rolled coils are at US$670~US$680/short ton and the ex-work prices for cold rolled coils are at US$770~US$810/short ton.
Industry sources said that the US steel market has recovered and steel prices have increased recently, supported by the US steelmakers’ price rise.
