Print[Ferro-Alloys.com] Last week, the European steel plate and coil market remained flat.
The ex-factory prices of hot rolled coils and cold rolled coils were at €505~€515/ton and €570~€580/ton respectively in Northwest European market.
Meanwhile, the prices of HRC and CRC were below €500/ton and €530~€540/ton respectively in South European market.
It’s known that Italian steel plant ILVA’s production suspension helped to support the steel prices in Europe previously.
However, industry sources said that the European steel market might remain flat in the near future since resumed production will release the tight supply.
