Print[Ferro-alloys.com] 10th.July, the journalist learnt about the calcium carbide and ferroalloys enterprise were shut more than half until June,2013.
Theferroalloys production enterprises which were listed in "Enterprise List on Closing Down Backward Production Facilities in Shanxi Province in 2013 "were closed down. The rate reached 100%.In the ferroalloys industries; it has removed 9 production equipments in 5 enterprises. In calcium carbide industry, it has closed down 7 enterprises, 9 production equipments and 234,000 tons of capacity, which had accounted for 75.7%.
A relevant principal introduced that it was the significant way to change the mode of economic development, adjust economic structure and enhance the quality and efficiency of economic growth. Meantime it was also the most direct and effective measure to realize the energy conservation and emissions reduction. The whole level ofcalcium carbide and ferroalloys industries had improved obviously by this action.
