On January 26, Taigang Group held a meeting at which Gao Xiangming, Party Secretary of Taigang Group, made a work report on behalf of the standing Committee of Taigang Party Committee entitled “Taking on a New Mission, Endeavour for a New Journey, and Strive to Build a Global Leader in the Stainless Steel Industry.” In his report, Gao Xiangming clearly put forward the main goals of Tai Gang in 2021 and the 14th Five-Year Plan:
Annual production of 1.55 million tonss teel in 2021 , of which 6.4 million tons of stainless steel; Achieve operating income 108 billion yuan, total profit 4.5 billion yuan.
By the end of 2023, the scale of the iron and steel industry will strive to reach 20 million tons, including 15 million tons of stainless steel, more than 150 billion yuan of operating income and 6.6 billion yuan of total profits.
By the end of 2025, the scale of the iron and steel industry will reach 25 million tons, of which 18 million tons of stainless steel, more than 30% and 50% of nickel and chromium resources, respectively. Iron concentrate powder production strive to double, multiple plates strive to become the region, the industry head enterprises, Taigang as a whole to achieve 200 billion operating income, 10 billion profits.
