[Ferro-Alloys.com] The Singapore rebar import market is still experiencing limited spot trading despite the gradual restart of the domestic construction industry.

 

"There is still no demand from buyers in the current market conditions," a buyer source in Singapore told Fastmarkets on Thursday May 21, referring to the current shutdowns of construction sites around the country.

 

There was only a 55,000-tonne cargo sold to Turkey at $416 per tonne cfr Hong Kong on an actual weight basis sold in the past week.
