Both Xiamen Xiangyu Group and Jiangsu Dragon Nickel invested in the project. Xiamen Xiangsheng Group processes 51% shares and Jiangsu Dragon processes rest of the shares. It is located in Foreign Trade Cooperation Park in Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The project includes: an integrated stainless steel smelting plant with 2.5 million tons annual capacity, 12*12MV thermal power plant, multifunctional wharf, roads and other kinds of infrastructure.

In August, Xiamen Xiangsheng Nickel inquired to purchase 6*100 tons AOD furnace, top-blown, weighting appliance for EIC system project with side-blown valve station , and air pre-heater for 8×80000Nm3/h Oxygen-rich coal gasification.

According to the latest news, the project is being under construction. Few steel structure has been installed.
