[ferro-alloys.com] According to the Ministry of Commerce, China has decided to carry out anti-dumping investigations on stainless steel billet and hot-rolled sheet imported from the European Union countries, South Korea, Japan and Indonesia from Monday July 23.  

Just one week earlier on July 16, the ministry accepted an application calling for an anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel products from South Korean. 

The investigation would begin on July 23 and shall be completed before July 23, 2019, according to the government statement. It can be extended until January 23, 2020 under certain circumstance.
