Meanwhile, Southwest Stainless Company has invested RMB2billion to build 2 million tonnes of hot roll and 0.6 million tonnes of annealing and pickling project which fills the industry blank for Southwest area. The group expects that its stainless steel output would reach 2 billion tonnes for 2012. In contrast, the stainless steel output was 1.62 million tonnes in 2011.
