The interested party should submit the investigation sheet and opinion about the case within 37 days since the announcement was published.

On April 19^th, 2012, Turkey started the anti-dumping case(refer to No.2018/3 announcement) about stainless steel welded pipe made by China (contain Taiwan province). On March 15^th, Turkey started to impose anti-dumpling duties of the related products based on CIF price. The tax rate of the products from PRC was from 13.82% to 25.27%. The rate of the product from Taiwan Provice was from 7.98% to 14.65%
