According to Korea Iron and Steel industry leader Posco and Hyundai Steel Company have announced to invest new cold-rolled steel sheet processing plants in Mexico, used for auto sectors, as well as to develop the American market.

Currently, Posco has 4 production of automotive steel sheet processing centers in Mexico, the annual production capacity reaches 560,000 tons.

Hyundai Steel Company to invest US$44 million of steel processing center in Mexico, it will be put into operation in March. The new service center will provide automotive cold-rolled steel plate to Korea Kia Motors in Mexico.
