Albeit the announcement of the final decision on this case was put off very often, AD duty which was supposed to be 12% has been decided not to be imposed.
 
As for this matter, U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) made a final decision last month to impose AD duty on Australian silico manganese because of this product being sold at a lower price than the market price in the U.S.
