The company was birthed in 2004 at the Leadership and Innovation Centre, Howard College Campus, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban. In 2005 the company moved to Cape Town where it is currently operating from.
The company began as a 21st century Professional Leadership Development and Management Centre.
PFP Group Holdings and subsidiary companies are 100% black owned companies.
PFP Group Holdings strongly adheres to the laws of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) and Gender Equality.
IN February 2006 PFP signed a contract with a Tanzanian based group of companies for various Investment opportunities allowing PFP to become the largest Investment recruitment company for Tanzania
PFP Group Holdings currently operates in the following key business areas, namely:
