A Liaoning FeTi supplier offered RMB10,500-10,800/mt (USD1,721-1,770/mt, export duty excluded) by acceptance for FeTi30, and they mainly did old customer’s orders, with sales volumes averaging 100mt. FeTi output surplus together with fierce competition between suppliers pulled down FeTi price. In addition, steel mills delayed payment, which made FeTi suppliers unprofitable.

Imported titanium concentrates 58% price dropped to RMB1,500/mt (USD245/mt, export duty excluded).

It is expected that Chinese FeTi price would keep steady due to sluggish demand of steel industry.
