[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to the latest Customs statistic, China exported 57,114 tons of ferroalloys in August 2014, dropping down by 13.8% M-o-M but violently up by 50% Y-O-Y. The exported materials included 1648 tons of ferromanganese, 42357 tons of ferrosilicon, 1094 tons of silicon manganese and 1580 tons of ferrochrome.

Meanwhile, China imported 181,072 tons of ferroalloys in August, up by 12.4% M-O-M and up by 4% Y-O-Y.

In Jan-Aug of 2014, China totally exported 373,267 tons of ferroalloys and imported 1,653,239 tons of ferroalloys, respectively dropping by 15% and up by 32.8%.  

Note: In the report, the commonly ferroalloys include the products with HS code from 72021100 to 72029999, and the silicon metal with HS code 28046900 was not included.
