[Ferro-Alloys.com] Copper prices on the London Metal Exchange rose in Asian morning trading on Wednesday August 28, as concerns over possible US military intervention in Syria sent the dollar index lower.
At 03:57 London time, three-month copper was trading at $7,327 per tonne, up $13.20 from its opening price. The contract reached a high of $7,346.50 per tonne and a low of $7,306 per tonne.
